The colour a client’s brand manual specifies is defined in a controlled colour space; the paint mixed in a tin in Accra has to land on that reference and stay there across every batch, every floor, and every future maintenance coat.

The consultation is delivered as a recorded specification, not a verbal sign-off. Each engagement produces an approved colour reference sheet tied to the client’s brand standard; a per-location colour and sheen schedule; batch records for tinted material so colour is traceable to source; and substrate sample sign-offs retained as the approval of record. Surface preparation underpinning the finish is graded to ISO 8501 and dry-film thickness is verified to ISO 2808, so the colour sits on a system built to hold it. The client’s brand custodians and facility team inherit a colour record they can audit against and reissue for future work.
