Corporate Painters has practised one discipline since 1990: the written-specification finishing of premises where the standard is set by an audit schedule rather than a mood board. Across more than three and a half decades, the firm’s work has centred on corporate facilities in Accra’s Ridge and Airport City districts, on financial institutions whose premises functions require documented evidence at every stage, and on diplomatic missions where access, discretion and chain-of-custody govern how a crew may even enter the building.
Specification grade is the standard
Each Corporate Painters contract is carried by a single named lead, first walk-round to warranty. We check what we are coating, specify the system to the governing standard, inspect through several stages, and take written sign-off — the method that divides specification-grade finishing from a commercial repaint.
Who commissions us
Facilities directors, premises heads and procurement teams — the people whose institutions specify performance in writing before tender. Discretion is part of the service they buy: our clients’ names do not appear in our marketing, and that restraint is one reason sensitive institutions keep appointing us.
