The Accra headquarters of a multinational occupier had to match a brand standard set on another continent — the reception is the first surface a visiting regional executive audits. Corporate Painters worked from the group’s published colour guideline, procured controlled tinting with batch traceability, and proved the match on sample boards before the first production coat.
The tower stayed fully occupied throughout, so all work ran out-of-hours with the reception returned to presentation condition every morning. Final sign-off was made against the brand reference under the lighting the space actually uses, and the handover file gave the local facilities team the evidence their group audit required.
