An international hotel in Airport City needed its signature suite refinished to the operator’s published brand standard — and back on the booking sheet within a fixed window. Corporate Painters planned the commission like a turnaround: materials staged in advance, low-odour waterborne systems specified so adjacent floors stayed sellable, and the work sequenced room by room against the housekeeping calendar.
Colour was matched against the operator’s brand reference rather than approximated from a fan deck, and high-touch surfaces received washable, scrub-resistant finishes rated for hospitality traffic. The suite was handed back on schedule with the specification and QC record filed with the chief engineer.
