A financial institution in the Ridge banking quarter commissioned the refinishing of its dealing room and public banking hall with one non-negotiable condition: trading and counter service would not stop. Corporate Painters phased the entire programme onto Friday-evening-to-Monday windows, using low-odour, rapid-recoat systems so floors returned to service each Monday morning.
Surface preparation was graded and recorded before any coat went on, colour was matched to the institution’s published brand reference and held by batch traceability, and washable scrub-resistant finishes were specified for the counter zones. At handover the premises team received the full dossier — preparation grades, film-build readings, and stage-by-stage QC sign-offs — in the format their internal audit required.
